What do you mean by 120 film, are you talking about the sensitivity or is that a kind of film?
If its the same as what i’m thinking 35mm film then cvs should be able to.
If its some super old kind of film for a crazy old camera then no, your best bet is to go to a private/vintage/photography/camera store. If not, try to do it yourself.
